Friday Weigh In Week # 13
Last week's weight - 276.2 lbs.Current weight - 273.4 lbs.So 2.8 lbs seemed like a lot to lose in a week to me, but I am not complaining. The doctor said that I should lose about 1 pound per week to do it the right and healthy way. If you lose weight too quickly, you tend to gain it back very easily. So I hope that I am not burning it off too quickly. But the good old formula of diet and exercise is still as successful as ever. There is no quick and easy weigh to lose weight.
